1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "kit4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operating at kit4d.cam, licensed and regulated by Curacao eGaming authorities.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses kit4d's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a player upon successful registration with kit4d.

• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by kit4d to players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a player from their personal bank account to their kit4d account for the purpose of placing bets or playing games.
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds transferred from a player's kit4d account balance back to their registered bank account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

By creating an account with kit4d, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. kit4d strictly enforces age restrictions and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of kit4d complies with applicable local laws and regulations.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, including but not limited to territories with active gambling prohibitions enforced through internet service provider blocking or financial transaction restrictions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, organization, or entity.
• You have not been previously excluded or self-excluded from gambling activities, either with kit4d or any other gambling operator.
• You are not employed by kit4d, affiliated with kit4d management, or related to any kit4d employee or partner in a manner that would create a conflict of interest.
• All information you provide during registration and account verification is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access kit4d's services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must create a unique username and secure password. Each player is permitted to register only one account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

kit4d is required to verify player identities in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Curacao eGaming licensing requirements. Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting the following documents:

• Valid Indonesian Identity Card (KTP) or Passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and expiration date
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number matching your registered bank account with BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported Indonesian bank)
• Optional: Selfie photograph holding your ID document for enhanced security verification

KYC verification typically takes 24-48 hours to complete. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of the initial withdrawal request may result in account suspension and fund freezing until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. kit4d will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and deposits made using your account credentials.

You must immediately notify kit4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, loss of account credentials, or any security breach. kit4d reserves the right to suspend accounts temporarily for security investigations and will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you have failed to maintain adequate security precautions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

kit4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Rupiah), subject to your bank's transfer limits. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with no currency conversion fees.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly for major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and within 15 minutes for other supported banks. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number for manual verification.

You may only deposit funds from a bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and potential account closure. kit4d reserves the right to request additional verification for unusually large deposits or deposits that appear inconsistent with your historical transaction patterns.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed KYC verification (see Section 3.2) before your first withdrawal
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000
• The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Rupiah)
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your own name matching your KYC documents
• Active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met or the bonus is forfeited

Standard withdrawal processing times are 15-60 minutes for major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing with expedited turnaround times.

kit4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding Rp 20,000,000 or for players with unusual withdrawal patterns. Anti-money laundering regulations may require additional scrutiny for high-value transactions.

4.3 Fees and Charges

kit4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank may impose standard interbank transfer fees, which are beyond kit4d's control. You are responsible for any bank charges imposed by your financial institution.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kit4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the associated wagering requirements, game restrictions, and time limits.

Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been completed. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from the bonus will be forfeited.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is 15x the bonus amount. For sports betting bonuses, the standard requirement is 8x the bonus amount at minimum odds of 1.50. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live casino games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sports betting at odds 1.50 or higher: 100% contribution
• Sports betting at odds below 1.50: 0% contribution
• Table games (non-live): 10% contribution

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kit4d prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusive betting patterns with other players, exploiting software errors or game glitches, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that violates the spirit of fair play. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses forfeited, winnings confiscated, and accounts permanently closed without refund.

6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All players must engage in fair and honest gameplay. The use of bots, automated betting systems, collusion with other players, exploitation of software bugs, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. kit4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify suspicious betting patterns. Any player found violating fair play rules will face immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action.

6.2 Game Results

All casino games offered by kit4d operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested by accredited third-party auditing firms. Game results are determined randomly and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by kit4d or any player. For sports betting, results are determined by official match outcomes as recognized by the relevant sports governing bodies (FIFA, UEFA, BRI Liga 1, etc.).

6.3 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding game results, bet settlements, or account transactions, you must contact kit4d customer support within 7 days of the disputed event. Disputes reported after this period will not be considered. kit4d will conduct a thorough investigation and provide a written response within 14 business days. All decisions made by kit4d management regarding disputes are final and binding.

6.4 Betting Limits

kit4d reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, and maximum winning limits at its discretion. These limits may vary based on game type, player VIP status, and risk management considerations. Limits will be clearly displayed within each game or betting market.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kit4d and its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of kit4d's services, including but not limited to gambling losses, deposit losses due to bank errors, or losses resulting from account security breaches caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, software errors, or game glitches that affect your ability to place bets or access services
• Third-party actions including bank processing delays, payment gateway failures, game provider outages, or regulatory actions by government authorities
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of kit4d's services
• Any losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws

kit4d provides its services on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be returned to your registered bank account within 5-7 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and anti-money laundering checks.

8.2 Termination by kit4d

kit4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion with other players
• Abusive behavior toward customer support staff or other players
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or software that violates fair play principles
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Prolonged account inactivity (no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months)
• Legal or regulatory requirements necessitating account closure

In cases of account termination for breach of terms, kit4d reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance and confiscate winnings obtained through rule violations.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. Any disputes arising from your use of kit4d's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao.

As an alternative to formal legal proceedings, kit4d encourages players to use our internal dispute resolution process.
